Playground Staff Application — Host
We are looking for warm, engaging presences who make every member feel like they belong. As a Host you are the first energy people feel when they arrive. You keep conversations flowing, welcome new faces, and make sure no one stands alone.
Remuneration: Hosts earn a base hourly wage for every shift worked. Rates are set by management and reviewed regularly. Bonuses are available for exceptional performance.
Rules
Always be in character and presentable while on shift
Never discuss internal Playground matters with members or guests
Conflicts go to management, never handled publicly
You represent Playground at all times while wearing the tag
Playground Staff Application — DJ
We are looking for DJs who understand that music is atmosphere. At Playground the set is never background noise — it sets the mood for the entire space. You must be reliable, read the room, and deliver consistently across different environments.
Remuneration: DJs earn a per-set fee plus a base hourly rate. Rates are set by management. Regular slots are available for DJs who perform consistently.

Sets must start and end on time, no exceptions
Music must suit the Playground atmosphere — discuss set direction with management in advance
No self-promotion or outside venue promotion during sets
You represent Playground at all times while wearing the tag
Playground Staff Application — Live Performer
We are looking for live performers — vocals, instruments, or other real-time performance — who can own the stage without relying on a pre-recorded DJ stream alone. You bring presence, timing, and showmanship that fills the room.
Remuneration: Rates are set by management based on slot type and experience. Discuss format (solo, duo, ensemble) with management before your first booked set.
Rules
Performances must start and end on time
Equipment and streams must be tested before doors — no extended dead air while troubleshooting live
Music and performance style must suit the Playground atmosphere — confirm set direction with management in advance
No outside venue promotion during booked sets unless approved

Playground Staff Application — Dancer
We are looking for performers who own the stage. Playground dancers are not fillers — they are part of the experience. You must be confident, consistent, and bring something the room cannot ignore.
Remuneration: Dancers earn a base hourly rate per shift. Tips from members are yours to keep. Bonuses are available for high-performance nights.

Playground Staff Application — Manager
We are looking for sharp, calm, and decisive people who can hold a space together without making it feel policed. As a Manager you enforce the code, support the team, and make sure Playground never loses its standard — even on a busy night.
Remuneration: Managers earn a competitive hourly rate reflecting the responsibility of the role. Rates are set by the owner and reviewed regularly.
Rules
Decisions made on shift are final and must be consistent with Playground's code of conduct
Escalate anything beyond your authority to the owner immediately
Never argue with members publicly — handle everything privately and professionally

Playground Staff Application — Charmer
Charmers promote Playground, recruit new members, and keep the community alive — if you turn heads and bring energy, this is your role. You are not staff in the traditional sense. You move through Second Life as yourself — social, visible, and magnetic. You introduce people to Playground naturally, keep members engaged, and make the community feel alive. This role suits avatars who are already well connected and socially active across the grid.
Remuneration: Charmers earn a fee for every new member they bring in who joins Playground Social. Rates are set by management. Top performing Sirens are eligible for bonus rewards and exclusive Playground privileges.

Never misrepresent Playground or make promises management has not approved
Your conduct across the grid reflects on Playground — maintain the standard always
Do not pressure or spam potential members — attraction over promotion

Playground Staff Application — Moderator
